Sale of Shop

After 14 years of running the bookshop - including moving it from across the street to its current, far larger premises and adding a range of cards, gift wrap and gifts to the stock - Mrs Mavis Macdonald sold the shop to me, Samantha Holland, in late July 2023.

Mavis would like to thank everyone who showed an interest and tweeted and re-tweeted about the sale of the shop, and we'd both like to thank everyone who's been so supportive of the bookshop over the years, and as it now enters another stage of its history!
